Preparation for the summer.
March, 27. 2005

I had a project meeting in the morning. Our project leader was rebuked by CEO about the delay of the project. Though the system we test now will activated partially from May 8, half of the module has not been tested. This delay was caused by management miss. Priority control wasn't work correct and test enviroment broke down too offen and MTTR was very long. Nevertheless there was lots of posivility to recover it. I could behave more responsible. I tend to be reserved at the new customers office. I must face the fire to run project well. The meeting didn't end untill afternoon.

After a brif lunch, I went back to my office to get rid of some paperwork at the end of month. And then I rushed back to the customer's office and worked hard. Our acceptance test is realized by compairing new modules' results with old modules' results. Because there are no manual or detail disign for the module, I need lots of time even for running the old modules. I sometimes create simple flow chart of the module before test and sometimes it costs 3 hours. I have next project strongly connected with this project, so I wanna create proper documents.

Left the office at 10:30 pm, I'm wring this on the crowded train. I haven't prepared anything for the wedding party I participate tomorrow....
